The Cooler cum Jumbo Bag Packing Unit serves two main functions: cooling freshly made pellets and packaging them into large bags (jumbo bags) for storage and transportation.
After pelletizing, pellets are hot due to friction and pressure.
The cooler ensures removal of excess heat from the freshly produced pellets by passing cool air and brings pellet at a normal room temperature.
This lead to prevention of pellet deformation and also prevents moisture issues.
After cooling, the unit efficiently packs the pellets into jumbo bags (bulk bags), which are large, flexible containers designed to hold substantial quantities of pellets, making them ideal for bulk storage and transportation.
